How Does It Work?
Paracetamol effectively reduces fever & pain. First salt paracetamol is a pain reducer and is given to lower fever. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used in the symptoms of allergies & relieves colds and coughs caused by minor throat & airway irritation. Phenylephrine is a powerful decongestant. Caffeine relieves drowsiness and improves alertness.

Side Effects

Precautions
