PYREGEM-M Paracetamol 125 mg + Mefenamic Acid 50 mg SUSPENSION is available in PET packs of 60 ml. This suspension is prescribed by General Physicians & Pediatrics. It is used when immediate relief of high pain is required. For the symptoms of pain and fever, a suspension of mefenamic acid and paracetamol is recommended. Mefenamic + Paracetamol belongs to the class of medications known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (NSAIDs). In medical diseases like menstruation pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis, PYREGEM-M suspension improves your symptoms of pain such as migraine headache, muscular pain, tooth pain, joint pain, post-surgery pain, ear discomfort, fever, and inflammation. It stops the release of several chemical messengers that cause inflammation, discomfort, and fever.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
PYREGEM-M suspension is a combination of two medicines namely Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid useful in pains in various parts of the body, fever, and inflammation. It comes in the group of NSAIDs. It functions by preventing some chemical messengers that produce different types of pain and inflammation. Mefenamic acid is used to treat minor aches and pains and to stop menstrual blood loss.INDICATIONS

ADMINISTRATION OF DOSAGE
You can take PYREGEM-M suspension containing PARACETAMOL + MEFENAMIC ACID with or without food as per the directions of your doctor. It depends on the severity, and duration of the symptoms, and also how your body is responding to the medicine.SIDE EFFECTS
Few children and adults face some side effects of this suspension like Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, and Heartburn. If these or any of these symptoms persist, talk to the treating doctor for further advice and remedial action.PRECAUTIONS
PYREGEM – M suspension should not be taken in case you have had heart surgery. It enhances the formation of ulcers in the stomach. Do not consume suspension of PARACETAMOL & MEFENAMIC ACID if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by your medical practitioner.
