The combination of drugs in the cream belongs to a group of dermatological medications used to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections. Fungal infection is a skin disease. The fungus attacks the tissue and causes infection. In bacterial infection, harmful bacteria grow in the body. It is prescribed by Dermatologists. APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, Itraconazole & clobetasol propionate cream is used in the treatment of skin infections. APLIZOLE PLUS cream is not to be applied or used to treat acne as it may worsen the condition. APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetasol Propionate cream is only used to reduce swelling, itching, and redness caused due to certain skin infections.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetsol Propionate cream is a combination of four salts: Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, Itraconazole and Clobetsol. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic helpful in killing bacteria by preventing them from growing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic that helps kill other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging the DNA. Itraconazole is an antifungal medication. It kills and prevents the growth of the fungi by destroying its cell membrane, thereby treating skin infection. Clobetasol is a steroid. It stops the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin itchy, red, and swollen.

ADMINISTRATION OF DOSAGE
The application of APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetsol Propionate cream is only for external use. Use the prescribed amount of the cream on the finger and apply as a thin layer on the clean & dry affected area and surrounding skin. Avoid contact with the cream on the nose, mouth, or eyes. If accidentally, the cream comes in contact with these areas, rinse the area in water.
Missed Dose
If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
SIDE EFFECTS
This cream can be applied safely. However, in case you experience side effects like dry skin, itching, redness, or burning sensation at the site of application, the same is resolved over time. But, if these symptoms prolong, consult your doctor.
PRECAUTIONS
APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetsol Propionate cream is only for external use. Application of cream is to be used as per the directions of your Dermatologist. Follow the directions of your treating doctor and do not use APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetasol Propionate cream in more than prescribed doses, or for a prolonged time as it may cause adverse effects. Do not cover the affected area with bandages unless advised by your treating doctor. This cream may not be applied to broken skin or cuts. If you have adrenal gland or liver problems and any type of skin infection, consult your Dermatologist before applying APLIZOLE PLUS: Ofloxacin, ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetasol Propionate cream.
