1 to 2 tablets of IFCOF DX TAB: DEXTROMETHORPHAN HBR 15 MG + PHENYLEPHRINE 10 MG + CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE 2 MG orally every 12 hours are recommended to be taken but the dose should not exceed 4 tablets daily.
