One tablet daily is a recommended dose of OSTANU: Calcium Citrate 1000 mg + Magnesium 100 mg + Vitamin D3 200 I.U. + Zinc 4 mg Tablet. Take CALCIUM CITRATE+MAGNESIUM+ZINC+VITAMIN D3 with or without food. Swallow the CALCIUM CITRATE+MAGNESIUM+ZINC+VITAMIN D3 tablet whole with a glass of water; do not chew or break the pill. You should take CALCIUM CITRATE+MAGNESIUM+ZINC+VITAMIN D3 for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.Side Effects
